Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada in either stay flat white cardboard envelopes or shipping box (depending on size of order).

Orders are generally shipped within 1 - 5 business days.

You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been dropped off at the post office.

Due to COVID-19 shipping at times can be unpredictable and while the post and I are working hard to get you your order in a timely fashion, please understand there may be delays that are out of our control.

Canadian Customers

There are 2 ways in which you can choose to have your item shipped. First is by letter mail which is cheaper but does not offer tracking. Please note that if you choose this option and your order gets lost we are unable to refund or resend the order.

The second option is tracked shipping. This option is a more expensive option but has tracking. This means that you are able to check on your order until it reaches your mailbox. We recommend this option for the safety and security of receiving your packages.

United Stated:

We ship all orders based on the service you choose at the point of shipping. All mail is sent through Canada Post and shipping times will vary based on COVID-19 responses as well as seasonal mail influx. Similar to the Canadian information, if you choose standard lettermail, we have no way of tracking your parcel once it is dropped off at the post office. If you choose the lettermail option and your parcel gets lost we are unable to provide refunds or resend your order.

International:

Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship overseas.
