While letter writing is not new, it is something that came back into my life during the most recent global pandemic. My memories of letter writing go all the way back to times spent with my grandfather, He would always be writing someone a letter on his yellow lined writing paper and regular number 10 envelopes. It is such a joy to be able to not only write someone a letter - it takes time out of your busy day to stop, and slowly write your thoughts and life out to someone. I generally will grab my favourite drink, put some good tunes on and work away on writing. It is amazing to get letters back in your mailbox when they have nothing to do with people wanting or needing money from you.
