Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally but if you are outside of Canada / USA and want a shipping quote first, please reach out and we would be happy to help you
How long does shipping take?
Shipping will depends on where you are located and the time of year.
Due to various global events and staffing challenges we have seen an increase in the amount of time that your package will reach you.
Typically we would say 2-3 weeks within Canada / USA using letter mail
Tracked shipping is generally 2-8 business days in Canada and/or USA
International orders can vary greatly depending on so many factors ourside of our control. We will aim to send your package the most economical way possible for you.
How do I track my order?
If you paid for letter mail there is no ability for you, myself, or the mail system(s) the ability to track your package. If you are purchasing this type of shipping, you are doing do at your own risk.
If you choose tracked mail, you will get a tracking number as part of your shipping confirmation email. This tracking number can be used by all involved and due to the increased insurance and tracking we will be able to work with you to fix a situation where your mail has not been delivered. We typically will look into this once we have reached 30 days after your ship date without delivery.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We currently do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you order has arrived and there is an issue with the quality of the item, we will work with you on fixing the issue.
General
When am I able to Sign up for the Monthly Subscription
You have the ability to sign up for the subscription between the 5th and the 15th of each month. If you have already signed up, you do not need to sign up again as the charge is recurring until you go in and cancel your subscription.
Can I send items to someone else
Yes, just either leave a note in the notes to seller or have the shipping address to be the name and address of the person you want to have it sent to. If you want a special note included, please do
